Returned items must be sent back together with the original receipt and must be in good condition. Products should be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including the original shipping box (if applicable). If the item has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer, it will not be eligible for a refund. Mister Right is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), and confirm that they meet our return requirements, the refund will be processed within three (3) days from the date of confirmation.
